For Rent

Due to California’s fair housing laws the applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.

All applications must be completely filled out. Any portion of the application you do not have information on please fill in “not applicable or N/A” in the field.

Please fill out one (1) rental application for each occupant 18 years or older and submit them at Dolanknight.com.

Submit the $35.00 application fee payment at Dolanknight.com (click on the “pay online” link and follow the step to submit the application fee payment).

The qualifications to rent the unit are as follows.
The combined gross income for all adults living in the unit will need to total three times (3x) the amount of the monthly rent. You will need to provide copies of each applicant’s income (check stubs, bank statements, investment accounts, recent tax returns or any other form of income).

We process a credit and background check on all applicants. Any applicant who has a bankruptcy or eviction within the last 7 years will automatically be disqualified.

The maximum number of individuals (adults and children) we can allow in the following units based on bedroom count is:
                -Studio Unit: Two (2) individuals
                -One Bedroom Unit: Three (3) individuals
                -Two Bedroom Unit: Five (5) individuals
                -Three Bedroom Unit: Seven (7) individuals

If a set of applications that were submitted prior to yours meets these rental requirements and they accept the unit, we will not process your credit or background and we will return your application fee.
